WHEELER, William F. Age 87, passed away peacefully on September 28th 2016.
William is survived by his loving wife Eileen Wheeler (Young), 5 children and 5

Dover, MA. Bill was a regular at the New England States Open & District 1
Tournament and a Life-Time member of ACF. He was an active player and
promoter in District 1. Richard White sent in his obituary which was
